Our Journey
Founded in 2020, EmpowerHer started as a small coding club in a university basement. We noticed that while brilliant young women were entering tech, many dropped out due to a lack of mentorship and community support.
Today, we have grown into a global movement with chapters in 30 countries, supporting over 5,000 women annually. We believe that when women lead in tech, the world sees better solutions for everyone.
